1. Introduction Welcome to Eulogue, Eulaude, and EulaudeBiz (collectively, the "Platform"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with the utmost respect and security.

2. Data We Collect * Account Data: Name, email address, payment history. We do not require profile photos. * Contributions: Text stories, photos, videos, and audio clips submitted by invitees. * Trustee Data: Names and emails of nominated Trustees.

3. How We Use Your Data * To facilitate the creation and sharing of living archives. * To send transactional emails (invitations, login codes, lifecycle notifications). * To process payments via our secure payment partners.

4. Data Retention and Lifecycle * Active: Your data is stored securely. Abridged versions may be viewed depending on subscription status. * Terminated: Upon self-termination or Trustee-initiated termination, the account enters a 30-day grace period. Data remains intact for final downloads. * Closed: After 30 days, the account is closed. Original full-length submissions and raw media are queued for deletion. * Purged: After the closure period, raw data is permanently deleted from our servers. * Public Tribute: If opted-in, abridged public versions of stories will remain securely hosted on our public site indefinitely until the account is purged.

5. Trustee Rights Trustees are authorized delegates who can request account termination, download archives, and manage the account's public tribute settings upon the user's passing or incapacitation.

6. Third-Party Sharing We do not sell your data to advertisers. We share data only with essential service providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS for secure storage) under strict confidentiality agreements.

7. Your Rights You may request an export of your data or complete account deletion at any time by contacting our support team or using the self-termination tools in your dashboard.
